Returns, Exchanges and Refunds


The pair of Arche shoes you received does not suit or please you ? No worries, you are satisfied or reimbursed for any ordered item (excluding special orders) sold and shipped by the online store within 14 working days when you receive your parcel. If the arche shoes do not please you, they will be immediately exchanged (depending on the availability of stocks) or refund.



• You have 14 working days after receiving your order to return unwanted items. To proceed, simply go to "MY ACCOUNT", on the top right of the website and log in.

2. Then click on « Details » on the line of the order you want to return.
3. The details will display below, then select the little check box next to the name of the article(s) you want to return to us.
If the check box does not appear it's because we did not yet validated your order manually as "DELIVERED", which triggers the option of return of 14 days. Contact us in this case saying : "Put me as DELIVERED !".
4. Please tell us the reason for your return and if you want a REFUND or an EXCHANGE. For an exchange, mention the name of the model you want with the size and color so that we can hold them of the stocks.
5. Then click on "RMA" icon to validate your request.
6. After validation by our services (within 24h max), a RETURN VOUCHER will be available on your account in "MY RETURNS". You can now print it, insert it in your parcel and post back your shoes to the adress indicated (Boutique Arche, 15 avenue du Château 94300 Vincennes, FRANCE).

• The shipping costs of the parcel returned are to be paid by the customer.

For any EXCHANGE, the easiest is to place a new order.
If you prefer to wait until we receive the returned parcel, you will please need to pay the new shipping charges ( according to the amount you paid the first time for your country), you can do it directly online on our website on this link.

• The customer must keep the proof of the deposit of the parcel that will be given to him by the post office.

• The pair(s) of arche shoes returned must be NEW, the soles not used at all, unworn and wrapped correctly in it's original box for the return ( do not put some adhesive tape directly on the red arche box ! thank you  ).

• Once we receive the parcel, we will make you a refund or exchange if all the above conditions are met. The return will be treated within 4 to 7 working days after receiving the parcel.

Special orders made on the website cannot be returned, refund or exchanged unless proven to default on the item due to the fact that the shoes ordered do not come from our initial stock online.
